Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for order processing during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. After that, delivery takes 12–20 business days within the United States and 15–30 business days for international orders (depending on location).

 

Will I be charged taxes and customs duties?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US dollars, which means you may be liable for duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination; these are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
